Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026
DoneFellas ("we", "us") runs shared daily checklists for gaming crews at donefellas.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and crew members who just tick boxes give us nothing at all.
What we collect — crew members
If you only use a crew's ledger (ticking tasks), we do not collect any personal data. Your ticks are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and are never sent to our servers. We don't set analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't track you.
What we collect — crew owners
- Your email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself).
- The content you create: crew name, address, lists, tasks, uploaded logo, theme choice.
- If you subscribe: payment is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription references, never card details.
How we use it
To operate your crew's ledger, authenticate you, take payment when subscriptions are live, and contact you about your account if we ever need to. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel (hosting, file storage for logos) — servers in the US/EU.
- Neon (database).
- Stripe (payments, when billing is enabled).
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account from the dashboard removes your crew, its lists, tasks, passphrases and logo immediately and permanently, and cancels any active subscription.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete everything we hold about you from the dashboard. If you're in the UK/EU you also have rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, complaint to a supervisory authority such as the ICO). To exercise anything you can't do yourself, email support@donefellas.com.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date and, for significant changes, email account owners.
