Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 July 2026
These terms cover your use of DoneFellas (donefellas.com). By creating an account or using a crew ledger you agree to them.
The service
DoneFellas lets a crew owner publish shared checklists at a chosen address (e.g. your-crew.donefellas.com) for their gaming clan, guild or crew. Members use the ledger without accounts; their ticks stay on their own devices. The service is currently in beta and provided free of charge; paid subscriptions (around $4.99/month) will be introduced later, with notice to account owners before any charge applies.
Your account
- You're responsible for your login details and for any crew-admin passphrases you hand out.
- You must be at least 16 to create an owner account.
- One crew per account during beta.
Your content
You own what you publish (crew name, lists, logo). You grant us the licence needed to host and display it — that's all we do with it. Don't publish anything unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights (including logos you don't have permission to use). Crew addresses are first-come, first-served; we may reclaim addresses that impersonate others, squat trademarks, or sit unused on a lapsed account.
Subscriptions and cancellation
When billing goes live, subscriptions are charged by Stripe on a monthly rolling basis. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; your crew stays live until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately and removes your crew and its content permanently.
Availability and liability
This is a small service, provided "as is". We aim for it to be reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features (with reasonable notice for paid accounts). To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms; where reasonable we'll warn you first.
The boring bits
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts there. If we update these terms in a way that matters, we'll change the date above and notify account owners of significant changes. Questions: support@donefellas.com.
